ikisi ithal fosil yak\u0131tla kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken,<\/strong> kaynak baz\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k do\u011falgazda %95, ham petrolde %83 ve k\u00f6m\u00fcrde %60 olu\u015ftururken; sanayi, meskenler ve elektrik \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde 16&#8217;\u015far payla onu takip etti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ula\u015f\u0131m ve binalar gibi nihai t\u00fcketim sekt\u00f6rlerinde elektrifikasyonun h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 fosil yak\u0131t talebini ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 ithalat maliyetlerini kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak azaltabilir.<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki her 1 milyon elektrikli otomobil y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 milyon dolar fosil yak\u0131t ithalat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlerken, konutlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 10&#8217;unda Ayn\u0131 sebeple, do\u011falgaz ithalat faturas\u0131 da 6,4 milyar dolar artacak.<\/h4>\n<p>ABD-\u0130srail ile \u0130ran aras\u0131nda 28 \u015eubat 2026&#8217;da ba\u015flayan sava\u015f sonras\u0131nda H\u00fcrm\u00fcz Bo\u011faz\u0131 gemi ge\u00e7i\u015flerine kapat\u0131ld\u0131. K\u00fcresel petrol arz\u0131n\u0131n ve s\u0131v\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f do\u011falgaz (LNG) ticaretinin yakla\u015f\u0131k <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/about\/oil-security-and-emergency-response\/strait-of-hormuz\">%20&#8217;sinin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bo\u011fazdaki<\/a> bu kesinti, k\u00fcresel enerji piyasalar\u0131nda arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi endi\u015felerini artt\u0131rd\u0131 ve fosil yak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesine neden oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Sava\u015f\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten 1 May\u0131s 2026&#8217;ya kadar Brent ham petrol %50, Avrupa do\u011falgaz ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyatlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla %45 ve %3 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bu durum, fosil yak\u0131tlara y\u00fcksek oranda ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 enerji ithalat faturas\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. Nitekim, sava\u015f etkilerinin ilk olarak hissedildi\u011fi Mart, Nisan ve May\u0131s aylar\u0131ndaki net enerji ithalat\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re <a href=\"https:\/\/ticaret.gov.tr\/istatistikler\/bakanlik-istatistikleri\/dis-ticaret-istatistikleri\/mayis-ayi-dis-ticaret-istatistikleri\/mayis-ayi-dis-ticaret-istatistik-tablolari\">yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 milyar dolar y\u00fckselerek<\/a> %26 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Fosil yak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 1 May\u0131s 2026 seviyesinde kalmas\u0131 halinde, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji ithalat faturas\u0131 2025&#8217;e k\u0131yasla 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar <a href=\"#metodoloji\">14 milyar dolar<\/a> artacakt\u0131r. Bu miktar, y\u0131ll\u0131k ithalat faturas\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k %30&#8217;luk bir art\u0131\u015fa denk gelmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin ham petrol ithal etti\u011fi \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmb.gov.tr\/haberler\/sayin-bakanimiz-mehmet-simsekin-londrada-yatirimci-toplantilari-kapsaminda-yaptigi-sunum\">Rusya %46 pay ile ilk s\u0131rada<\/a> yer almaktad\u0131r. Rusya&#8217;y\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla Irak (%15), Kazakistan (%13) ve Suudi Arabistan (%7) takip etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Petroldeki y\u00fcksek ithalat ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00fcresel fosil yak\u0131t krizlerinde enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131 da artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam 16,1 milyar dolarl\u0131k ham petrol ithalat\u0131na ek olarak, motorin gibi petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7in de yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 milyar dolarl\u0131k bir fatura olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. H\u00fcrm\u00fcz Krizi&#8217;nin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan May\u0131s 2026&#8217;ya kadar petrol fiyatlar\u0131nda g\u00f6zlenen varil ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama 35 dolarl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye 7,7 milyar dolar ilave maliyet getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Petrol kaynakl\u0131 bu ek maliyetin \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi (5,2 milyar dolar) do\u011frudan karayolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Meskenler do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131 2 milyar dolar art\u0131racak<\/h4>\n<p>Petrolden sonra en b\u00fcy\u00fck harcama, do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. Toplam enerji arz\u0131nda do\u011falgaz\u0131n pay\u0131 %26 olurken, bu miktar\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epdk.gov.tr\/Detay\/Icerik\/3-0-95-1007\/dogal-gazaylik-sektor-raporu\">%94,7&#8217;si ithal edilmektedir<\/a>. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011falgaz ithal edilen \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda <a href=\"https:\/\/ember-energy.org\/tr\/veriler\/enerji-bagimliligi-gostergeleri\/\">en b\u00fcy\u00fck pay\u0131 %36 ile Rusya<\/a> alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rusya&#8217;y\u0131, s\u0131ras\u0131yla Azerbaycan (%20), ABD (%16), Iran (%13) ve Cezayir (%8) takip etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin do\u011falgaz arz\u0131nda H\u00fcrm\u00fcz krizinden etkilenen \u00fclkelere do\u011frudan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olsa da k\u00fcresel piyasalardaki fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan etkilenmektedir. Ancak fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011falgaz ithalat faturas\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri tam olarak 2026 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son aylar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Bu durumun temel nedeni, ithalat anla\u015fmalar\u0131nda fiyatland\u0131rman\u0131n do\u011falgaz piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda petrol fiyatlar\u0131na da endeksli olmas\u0131 ve petrol fiyatlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimlerin <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.kpmg.com\/content\/dam\/kpmgsites\/tr\/pdf\/2026\/sekt%C3%B6rel-bak%C4%B1%C5%9F-2024\/kpmg-aplus-enerji-sekt%C3%B6r-raporu.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 ayl\u0131k bir gecikmeyle<\/a> do\u011falgaz ithalat maliyetlerine yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla birlikte, fiyatlardaki y\u00fckseli\u015fin do\u011frudan do\u011falgaz piyasalar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 enerji ithalat faturas\u0131na yans\u0131maya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n 1 May\u0131s 2026&#8217;daki seviyesini korumas\u0131 halinde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji ithalat faturas\u0131 <a href=\"#metodoloji\">y\u0131l sonuna kadar 6,4 milyar dolar<\/a> artacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in net enerji ithalat\u0131 T\u00dc\u0130K D\u0131\u015f Ticaret \u0130statistikleri alt\u0131nda bulunan 27. fas\u0131l verilerinden, \u00c7in i\u00e7in enerji ithalat\u0131 <a href=\"http:\/\/stats.customs.gov.cn\/indexEn\">\u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u0130daresi<\/a> taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan ayn\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131 fas\u0131l alt\u0131ndaki verilerden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclkelerin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k oranlar\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkeleri i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/databrowser\/view\/nrg_ind_id__custom_19989435\">EUROSTAT<\/a>, an\u0131lan di\u011fer \u00fclkeler i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/data-and-statistics\/data-tools\/energy-statistics-data-browser?country=WORLD&amp;fuel=Energy%20supply&amp;indicator=TESbySource\">IEA verilerinden<\/a> elde edilmi\u015ftir. \u00dclkelerin net enerji harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n milli gelirlerine oranlar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda; net enerji ithalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 olan G20 \u00fclkeleri de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclke baz\u0131nda 2015-2024 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki (10 y\u0131l) net ithalat miktar\u0131n\u0131n milli gelirlere oranlar\u0131n\u0131n ortalamas\u0131 al\u0131narak s\u0131ralama yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye k\u00f6m\u00fcr ithalat miktar\u0131 ve bu ithalata \u00f6denen miktar <a href=\"https:\/\/veriportali.tuik.gov.tr\/en\/press\/49693\/metadata\">T\u00dc\u0130K Kat\u0131 Yak\u0131t \u0130statistikleri<\/a> ve <a href=\"https:\/\/veriportali.tuik.gov.tr\/en\/press\/58236\">T\u00dc\u0130K D\u0131\u015f Ticaret \u0130statistikleri&#8217;nden<\/a> elde edilmi\u015ftir. Ham petrolde yerli \u00fcretim ETKB&#8217;nin <a href=\"https:\/\/enerji.gov.tr\/haber-detay?id=31700\">7 Ocak 2026 tarihli haberinden<\/a> al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve ayn\u0131 y\u0131l EPDK petrol piyasas\u0131 ayl\u0131k raporlar\u0131ndaki toplam ham petrol t\u00fcketimi ve ithalat\u0131 verileri kullan\u0131larak toplam i\u00e7erisindeki yerlilik hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Do\u011falgaz, ham petrol ve petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ithalat miktar\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epdk.gov.tr\/Detay\/Icerik\/3-0-95\/dogal-gazaylik-sektor-raporu\">EPDK&#8217;n\u0131n ayl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r raporlar\u0131ndan<\/a>, mali de\u011ferleri ise UN COMTRADE web sitesinden 27. fas\u0131l alt\u0131ndaki ilgili alt fas\u0131llardan ve Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmb.gov.tr\/haberler\/sayin-bakanimiz-mehmet-simsekin-londrada-yatirimci-toplantilari-kapsaminda-yaptigi-sunum\">yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 sunumundan<\/a> al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen mali veriler, ETKB taraf\u0131ndan her y\u0131l yay\u0131nlanan Ulusal Enerji Denge Tablosu kullan\u0131larak nihai t\u00fcketime g\u00f6re ve kaynak baz\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kaynak baz\u0131nda toplam ithalat\u0131n mali de\u011feri, enerjinin nihai t\u00fcketimdeki oranlar\u0131na g\u00f6re sekt\u00f6rlere ve alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131na da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fosil yak\u0131t ithalat\u0131n\u0131n sava\u015f kaynakl\u0131 ilave maliyetinin hesaplanmas\u0131nda e\u015fik tarih olarak 28 \u015eubat 2026 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tarihteki brent petrol, Avrupa do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131 g\u00f6stergesi olan Dutch TTF ve Avrupa k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyatlar\u0131 g\u00f6stergesi olan API2 k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n sava\u015f etkileri nedeniyle 1 May\u0131s tarihindeki fiyatlara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re son 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama t\u00fcketimler yak\u0131t baz\u0131nda belirlenerek 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda da bu t\u00fcketimin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi varsay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ocak ve \u015eubat aylar\u0131 hari\u00e7 tutularak ilave maliyet hesab\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n geri kalan 10 ay\u0131 i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131n ilave maliyetinin hesaplanmas\u0131nda 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm kontratlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalama hesab\u0131na g\u00f6re %60 oran\u0131nda TTF ve %40 oran\u0131nda brent petrol endeksli oldu\u011fu kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Brent petrol fiyatlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimin do\u011falgaz al\u0131m s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerindeki fiyatlara 9 ay geriden yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ham petrolde yerli \u00fcretim verisi 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/enerji.gov.tr\/haber-detay?id=31700\">47,9 milyon varil<\/a> olarak ETKB duyurusundan, toplam ham petrol ithalat\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epdk.gov.tr\/Detay\/Icerik\/3-0-104-1008\/petrolaylik-sektor-raporu\">31,9 milyon ton<\/a> olarak EPDK ayl\u0131k sekt\u00f6r raporlar\u0131ndan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
