Ruchita, as part of Ember’s Asia team, focuses on India’s power sector transition. She contributes by building a data-driven research portfolio across sectors, providing insights to positively impact India’s journey towards clean energy transition.
In her previous roles, she worked at a renewable energy consulting firm and a public policy think tank, equipping her with a holistic understanding of the clean energy sector. She has been involved in conducting pre-feasibility assessments of various renewable energy technologies. Ruchita actively tracks and assesses the impact of policy and regulatory changes in the power sector, to provide insights to key stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Ruchita is an electrical and electronics engineer with a post-graduation in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi, India.
In her free time, she enjoys long walks, swimming, and painting.
