Submission to the NSW Parliament inquiry into Net Zero

This policy paper was submitted to the NSW Parliament inquiry into Net Zero. It includes an analysis of the impact of coal mining on achieving the NSW legislated targets, and key policy recommendations that should be incorporated into a further evaluation of how to achieve an equitable reduction in coal mining emissions in NSW.
