Rajasekhar works with the Coal Mine Methane team to advance Ember’s research in India and identify sustainable policy options to mitigate methane emissions.
Previously, he worked in the Oil & Gas industry as a geoscientist, where he optimized hydrocarbon exploration and production strategies through data-driven research and evidence-based findings. Later, he led a multidisciplinary team of experts in handling subsurface data for a global Oil & Gas giant. Rajasekhar holds an M.Sc in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Manchester.
Outside of work, he enjoys trekking and playing football and tennis.
