Pawel is the Europe Programme Director at Ember. For almost 15 years, he has been supporting NGOs, governments and enterprises in economic and data analysis, software development and policymaking.
Currently associated with Ember and a board member at Beyond Fossil Fuels, previously a board member at the Instrat Foundation. As a consultant he advised, among others, the largest European energy companies or the World Bank. His studies, opinions and comments appear regularly in the world’s largest media, including in the New York Times, Washington Post, Reuters, Politico, Financial Times.
Pawel holds a MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a PhD in Energy Economics. If not working, he likes making music and delicious coffee.
