Frankie leads the UK policy analysis and research at Ember. The focus of his research is in evidencing and accelerating progress towards a low-emission, abundant and accessible energy system and an ongoing assessment of bioenergy and negative emissions technologies.

If not in the office, he will likely be either out walking in the country, or pretending to be busy in one of Bristol’s excellent cafés.
